About Additional Work
You don't need to be naturally flexible to start practicing. In my classes, we use props like wooden blocks and straps to make sure every pose fits your body, not the other way around. Whether you are dealing with desk-job stiffness or just want to improve your posture, we work slowly to build your strength and confidence safely.
My goal with these sessions is to help you build a relationship with your body. Many students come to me thinking they need to be 'good' at yoga, but real progress happens when you stop comparing yourself to others and start listening to your own sensations.
Why focus on everyday movement?
We spend hours hunched over laptops or phones, and that takes a toll. My everyday yoga classes, held in my studio in Sector 104, Noida, are designed to reverse that tightness. We focus on:
- Posture Correction: Understanding how to stack your spine properly so you stop slouching.
- Mobility & Flexibility: Moving joints through their full range, which is critical for preventing injury.
- Mental Clarity: Using Hatha and Vinyasa principles to calm the mind while strengthening the body.
The approach
We practice in small, limited batches of 8-12 students. This is a non-negotiable for me. It allows me to physically check your alignment and make those small corrections that prevent injury. You won't find me rushing you through a sequence just to get a good sweat. We focus on 'sahi dhang' (doing it the right way). If a pose doesn't work for you, we change the pose using props, we don't force your body into a shape it's not ready for.
