About Senior Men's Club
Our sessions run late on Monday and Friday nights, meaning you aren't fighting for court time after a long workday. We structure every session with 30% conditioning and 70% full-court 5v5 scrimmages, so you get the serious workout you need alongside the game experience you're looking for.
At our Senior Men's Club, we focus on the stuff that happens after the drills end. If you are tired of empty parks or disorganized pickup games, this is where you come to play. We operate out of Crossover Court on Hennur Road, which means you are playing on a synthetic surface that is actually safe for your knees, not some cracked concrete outdoor court.
Why it's different
We don't just throw a ball out and hope for the best. Our sessions are built for guys who want to stay in shape and sharpen their basketball IQ. You will spend the first part of the night getting your heart rate up with basketball-specific conditioning, and the rest of the time playing full-court games with scorekeeping and refereeing.
