How We Build Your Prefab Structure
Behind every strong structure is a process that refuses to cut corners. Take a look at how we weld, paint, and install your prefab spaces to ensure they stay solid for years.
My team at work on a custom terrace pergola. This shot shows the black mild steel frame being erected and the start of a beautiful terracotta jali brick wall, which adds a traditional touch and privacy.
The construction continues, with more of the terracotta jali wall being carefully put into place. This behind-the-scenes look shows the hands-on work and attention to detail that goes into every project.
A wider view of the pergola structure during construction. The combination of the modern black MS frame and the earthy, patterned terracotta wall creates a unique and stylish aesthetic right from the build stage.
This work-in-progress shot from a site in Rohini shows a large pergola frame being installed next to a prefabricated room. You can see the basic structure before the final roofing and finishing touches are applied.
About Our Prefabricated Process
The skeleton frames are the backbone of everything we build. We use 16-18 gauge Mild Steel hollow tubes, welding each joint with precision before grinding it down for a seamless, clean finish. We do not just build fast; we apply a heavy-duty Red Oxide primer followed by double coats of oil-based enamel paint, ensuring your structure is rust-proof and fully prepared to handle the Delhi weather cycles.
Engineering Your Space
When you see our prefab structures, you are looking at a methodology designed for speed without sacrificing strength. My team at Albdeeoo follows a strict protocol that ensures your site remains clean while we do the heavy lifting.
The Build Methodology
- Structural Integrity: We start with high-grade Mild Steel (MS) sections, typically 4x4 inch columns for load-bearing stability. These are anchored using heavy-duty fastener bolts directly into your concrete floor to prevent any movement.
- Welding & Finish: Every weld is ground smooth. This isn't just for aesthetics; it prevents sharp edges and ensures the protective paint layers adhere evenly without leaving gaps where moisture can collect.
- Weather Protection: We treat every joint with silicon sealants and EPDM rubber washers on screw points. This is essential for our polycarbonate roofing projects, ensuring your terrace remains dry during the monsoon.
Why Prefabricated?
Traditional construction on a rooftop creates a mess of sand, cement, and water that can damage your ceiling below. Our prefabricated approach is dry and fast. Whether we are installing a pergola, a porta cabin, or a storage room, the components are fabricated at our workshop and simply assembled on-site. This allows us to complete complex rooftop transformations in a fraction of the time, letting you start using your new space almost immediately.
