Our Solar Installation Process: Strong and Transparent
You have seen the bill savings, now see exactly what goes on your roof. Here is the step-by-step of how we build a solar plant that is meant to last.
Quality is key. Here, I'm showing the 1.5-foot thick concrete slabs we build to give the structure a strong foundation. The Hot-dip Galvanized Iron (GI) structure is completely rust-free and comes with a 25-year warranty.
This video shows the strong foundation we create for our solar structures. The 1.5-foot slab and rust-free GI frame ensure your plant is secure for 25 years. It's a one-time investment for decades of peace.
Our GI structures can withstand winds of up to 180 km/hr, so you don't have to worry during storms. This video also shows the Ksolar inverter we use to efficiently convert DC power to AC for your home.
A look at our 10 kW on-grid solar plant installation in Lajpat Nagar. You can see the 18 panels, each 545 watts, and the sturdy hot-dip GI structure with its solid slab foundation.
This is our 8 kW on-grid solar plant in Vasant Kunj. We've used 11 high-efficiency Vikram bifacial solar panels, which generate power from both sides for maximum output.
Here's a glimpse of our 10 kW solar plant installation in GK1. We installed 19 panels of 545 WP each, some on the rooftop and some on the ground, to maximize the use of available space.

About Our Installation Process
Before we touch your roof, we build a solid foundation. Every structure we install rests on 1.5-foot deep concrete slabs, using heavy-duty Hot-Dip Galvanized Iron (GI) frames. These are not just put together, they are designed to handle 180 km/hr winds and stay rust-free for 25 years. This is the bedrock of your energy independence, and it is why our plants stand strong through every storm in Delhi.
Switching to solar should not be a headache. I break down our installation into four clear stages so you know exactly what is happening on your property.
1. Site Survey and Design
We start by visiting your roof, not just to look at the space, but to analyze shadow patterns and your current sanctioned load. We calculate your annual electricity usage to design a system that actually hits your zero-bill target, rather than just selling you panels that look good.
2. Structural Integrity
Delhi weather can be harsh, so we don't cut corners on the skeleton of your plant. We use Hot-Dip Galvanized Iron (GI) frames that are rust-resistant. Whether you need a standard setup or an elevated carport structure to keep your roof utility, the mounting is done with precision to ensure longevity.
3. Electrical & Safety
We use Tier-1 components like Ksolare inverters to convert DC to AC efficiently. Every installation includes IP65-rated distribution boxes, chemical earthing for lightning protection, and UV-resistant cabling to prevent wear and tear. We make sure your wiring is as solid as the foundation.
4. Liaisoning and Subsidy Support
This is where most people get stuck, but we handle it. We manage the entire paperwork process for the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana subsidy and coordinate with BSES or Tata Power for your net metering. You don't have to chase offices; we do the running around so you get the benefits directly to your account.
5. Maintenance
Our job does not end when the meter starts running backward. We provide five years of free on-site maintenance and teach you the simple cleaning tips that keep your generation levels high.
