This collection highlights the pieces that define my design journey since 1995. When you choose an outfit here, you are not just selecting a garment; you are participating in the creation of a piece that works for your body and your specific plans. Whether we are adjusting a blouse neckline for a perfect fit or swapping a fabric to make a co-ord set more breathable for a summer event, the process is entirely about making the result feel like it was made specifically for you.
My Approach to Design
I believe that a great outfit is the one that lets you move freely. My work focuses on the balance between aesthetics and utility. When you visit my studio in South City II, we don't just pick a size; we look at the fabrics that drape best on you, the colors that complement your skin tone, and the minor tweaks—like adding pockets to a dress or adjusting the hemline—that make the final outfit functional.
The 'Hatke' Factor
What clients often appreciate is the 'hatke' (different) element in every piece. It might be the way I use sequins on a drape skirt to catch the light at a cocktail party, or how I finish my festive suit sets with authentic mulmul lining for comfort during long events. I avoid mass production because I prefer the quality control that comes with custom tailoring.
What to Expect
- Fabrics: I select high-thread-count linens, soft-washed denims, and premium velvets. I avoid materials that irritate the skin, even for heavily embroidered pieces.
- Finishing: Every piece features internal seam allowances (1.5 to 2 inches) and concealed zippers. If it is a blouse, it comes with padding and supportive construction so you do not need to worry about extra layers.
- Customization: If you see a design you like but want it in a different color or a modified sleeve length, we can make that happen.
