Solo Acoustic Performance
Performance Configuration
- Artist: Akshita Mengi (Solo).
- Instrumentation: Live Vocals + Acoustic Guitar (Kepma/Procraft) or Keyboard accompaniment.
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes (can be split into two 45 minute sets).
- Capacity: Optimized for intimate audiences of 20 to 50 guests.
Repertoire & Vibe
- Genre: A curated mix of Indie Pop originals (Noor, Jigre) and popular acoustic covers (Bollywood hits and English pop).
- Style: Interactive storytelling format with a cozy 'living room' concert atmosphere.
- Requests: Accepts 2 to 3 pre informed song requests if they fit the vocal style.
Requirements (Client to Provide)
- Sound: Basic PA system with 2 speakers suitable for the venue.
- Inputs: 1 Mic stand, 1 vocal microphone (Shure SM58 or equivalent), 1 DI Box for guitar.
- Stage: Small clear area (6x4 feet) with power access.
Acoustic Trio Experience
Performance Configuration
- Artist: Akshita Mengi + 2 Session Musicians.
- Instrumentation: Vocals, Rhythm Guitar, Percussion (Cajon/Shakers), and Lead Guitar or Keys.
- Duration: Up to 90 minutes of flexible sets.
- Capacity: Ideal for cocktail parties, mixers, or sangeets with 50 to 150 guests.
Repertoire & Vibe
- Genre: Includes higher tempo Bollywood numbers (Ghungroo, Badtameez Dil) alongside soulful ballads.
- Style: Upbeat, foot tapping energy with a fuller organic sound than the solo set.

- Sound: Professional PA system with sufficient output.
- Monitoring: 2 Stage Monitors for the artists.
- Inputs: 3 Microphones with stands, 3 DI Boxes/Instrument cables, and an 8 channel mixer.
The Full Band Concert
Performance Configuration
- Artist: Akshita Mengi + Full Band (3 to 4 additional musicians).
- Instrumentation: Vocals, Electric/Acoustic Guitars, Bass Guitar, Keyboards, and Full Drum Kit.
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes high octane set.
- Capacity: Designed for large scale events like weddings, college fests, or corporate shows with 200+ guests.
Repertoire & Vibe
- Genre: Pop Rock arrangements of Bollywood hits, English Pop anthems, and originals with full production.
- Style: Dynamic 'Festival Headliner' energy designed to make the crowd dance.
Requirements (Client to Provide)
- Sound: Professional Line Array or heavy duty PA system.
- Backline: Standard 5 piece Drum Kit, Bass Amp, Guitar Amp (Fender/Marshall), Keyboard Stand.
- Support: 4 to 5 Stage Monitors and a mandatory 45 to 60 minute sound check with a sound engineer.

Why I Do What I Do
For me, music is where I drop all pretense and let my real self out. Every gig is a chance to share a piece of my life—sometimes messy, sometimes healing. I want people to feel like they've found a friend in the crowd. Like they say, Kuch logo ke sath sirf waqt bitane se sab kuch theek hojata hai (Some people just make everything better by being there). That's the vibe I try to bring.

My setlist mixes my own originals (like "MAIN AUR TU" and "Jigre") with covers—Bollywood hits, English pop, and indie tracks. I love making each song feel personal, whether it's a classic or something new.
Where I’ve Played
Based in Mumbai and Jammu, I’ve played everywhere from small cafes to massive college festivals. Opened for artists like Anuv Jain, and performed at places like Antisocial (Mumbai) and Fandom (Bangalore). Every show is a new story.
