About High-Energy Workshops
I break down every routine so it clicks, even if you have never danced before. My sessions focus on musicality and flow over rigid technique, meaning you walk away with real confidence and moves you can actually use. Whether it is Afro, Hip Hop, or Bollywood, we keep the mood light and totally supportive.
My dance workshops are built on one simple idea: if you feel the music, you can dance. I do not believe in making things stiff or complicated. We spend time on the basics of rhythm, then we get straight into the choreography.
What You Will Learn
We cover a mix of styles including Afro Fusion (Amapiano, Dancehall), modern Bollywood, and hard-hitting Hip Hop. I am always picking up new moves from my mentors and adapting them, so the choreography stays fresh and current. We usually spend the first part of the session warming up and getting the groove, then we move into a full routine. By the end, we film a group performance. It is a great way to see how far you have come in just a few hours.
