About Afro Fusion Grooves

When I teach Afro fusion, I focus on specific weight transfers and feeling the bass rather than just counting the beats. Whether we are doing Amapiano or Dancehall, the first session is usually about finding your natural groove so the performance looks fluid and not robotic. It is all about how you carry the music through your body.
