Badminton Tournament Wins at AKS Academy

Winning is not accidental. When a student stands on that podium, it is the outcome of the 'Ek second, maarna' [wait a second, hit it] mindset we practice every day. In my classes, we do not just rally for fun. We break down the game into its core components—grip, stance, arm action, and movement.

My Training Approach

• Multi-Shuttle Drills: This is the heart of our academy. It forces high-intensity movement and builds muscle memory so that during a match, your body knows exactly where to be without you needing to think.
• Game Situations: Whether it is singles or doubles rotation, we simulate match pressure in practice so the real tournament feels manageable.
• Discipline over Comfort: We train hard. There are no shortcuts.

We operate out of the Vidya Bal Bhawan School in Mayur Vihar, where we have access to international-level wooden and synthetic courts. That matters because a player's footwork and reaction speed develop differently on a professional surface compared to a standard floor.

I am on court with you for every session. I am not watching from the sidelines. I am correcting your grip, shouting out the drills, and pushing you when you think you are tired.
