The 3D Design Process

See how I transform initial concepts into precise, hyper-realistic 3D visualizations before construction begins.

A behind-the-scenes glimpse into the 3D modeling software I use to build a project from scratch. This technical precision is the foundation for every photorealistic render I create.

About this collection

My design process relies on 3ds Max and Corona to create hyper-realistic visuals, so you see every material, light angle, and spatial layout before a single brick is laid. This visualization stage eliminates guesswork, allowing us to refine the aesthetic and structural details until they perfectly match your vision.

From Concept to Construction

Many home projects face uncertainty during the build phase because the 2D plans are difficult to visualize. My design process is built to solve this by bridging the gap between an architect's blueprint and a homeowner's expectations.

1. Site & Context Analysis Before drawing a single line, I evaluate the site. Whether it is a plot in Kannur or an urban site in Bangalore, I analyze sun paths, wind direction, and existing landscape features to ensure the design respects the climate.

2. 3D Visualization (3ds Max & Corona) This is the core of my service. I use high-end rendering tools to generate day and night views of your project. You will see how materials like laterite, exposed concrete, and wood interact with natural light. This isn't just about making the house look good; it is about verifying that the proposed design is practical for your site.

3. Material & Aesthetic Refinement Using these 3D models, we can test different facade options, roof styles, or landscaping layouts. We can swap out finishes or adjust window sizes in the digital model to see the impact instantly. This ensures that when you hand the drawings to your contractor, you are already confident in the final result.

4. Execution Readiness Once the 3D model is finalized, I prepare the necessary 2D working drawings, structural grids, and MEP concepts. This translates the vision into instructions that your construction team can follow accurately, minimizing changes and extra costs on-site.
