About this collection
Before construction begins, I use 3ds Max and Corona to create high-definition 3D models. This allows you to walk through your home layout, lighting, and material choices in a photorealistic environment, eliminating guesswork before the first brick is laid.
My design process is rooted in the practical realities of construction. Whether it is a new build or a structural renovation, I focus on integrating modern aesthetics with the requirements of the local climate. My work utilizes a palette of laterite, exposed concrete, and brick, structured around the principles of natural airflow and lighting.

- Tropical Fusion: I blend traditional Kerala architectural elements, like sloping terracotta roofs, with contemporary box-style designs. This ensures your home remains cool while maintaining a modern visual identity.
- Structural Clarity: Every project begins with site zoning and sun path analysis. I provide detailed structural grids, column positioning, and MEP concepts to ensure your contractor has clear, actionable drawings.
- 3D Visualization: My service includes photorealistic day and night renders. You will see how materials like stone cladding or wood finishes interact with your lighting design long before the execution phase.
Renovation & Modernization
I work on existing structures to improve their functionality. This includes as-built modeling, demolition planning, and facade redesigns.
