Festival Mehndi Designs for Karwachauth, Rakhi & Teej
Festivals call for special mehandi. Whether it is a detailed Karwachauth piece or quick Arabic trails for Rakhi, I use only 100% natural henna for a rich, dark stain that stays vibrant throughout your celebrations.
A classic Karwachauth design featuring a woman with the 'chalni' (sieve). I love creating these storytelling pieces that capture the spirit of the festival.
This simple yet beautiful mandala design is perfect for Karwachauth. The video shows the application on a hand adorned with traditional 'chooda' bangles.
A beautiful heart-shaped design for Raksha Bandhan. The two hands come together to form a heart, symbolizing the bond between siblings.
My official poster for Raksha Bandhan bookings. I offer home service across Delhi-NCR to make it convenient for you to get your mehndi done for the festival.
A special design for the Teej festival, featuring a lotus motif on one hand and a mandala on the other. It's a beautiful blend of modern and traditional styles.
A "Shubh Deepawali" (Happy Diwali) design, complete with a 'diya' (lamp). This is a perfect way to get into the festive spirit for the festival of lights.
The completed Diwali design with intricate fillers around the diya. I use my 100% natural henna to ensure a dark and beautiful stain for your celebrations.
About this collection
My approach is simple: I prepare my own fresh, 100% organic henna paste without any chemical additives. Because I do not use harsh dyes or 'instant' chemicals, the stain develops a deep, rich color naturally, which is safer for your skin and lasts significantly longer through the days of festivities ahead.
Festival Mehndi Services in Delhi
I offer dedicated mehandi services for festivals, focusing on designs that look great and last long. Whether you are prepping for Karwachauth, celebrating Raksha Bandhan, or observing Teej, I bring the studio experience to your living room.
Why Natural Henna Matters Many artists use cones with chemicals for instant black or dark stains, which can irritate sensitive skin. I use 100% natural, homemade henna paste. It requires a bit of patience during the application and aftercare process, but the result is a beautiful, natural dark stain that doesn't smell like chemicals and is completely safe.
Design Options for Festivals
- Karwachauth: I specialize in traditional, dense patterns, including classic Rajasthani or Marwari styles, and storytelling motifs like the 'chalni' (sieve) or moon designs.
- Raksha Bandhan & Teej: For these, most clients prefer elegant mandala art, Arabic floral 'bel' (trails), or minimalist designs that are quicker to apply but still look festive.
- Customization: If you want to include specific elements—like a diya for Diwali, names, or initials—just let me know. I can incorporate them into the design.
Convenience of Home Visits Festival seasons are busy, and stepping out to a studio can be hectic. I provide home service across Delhi-NCR. For group bookings during festivals, it is helpful if you can plan in advance so I can ensure enough time is allotted for everyone.
Quick Tips for Best Results:
- Avoid washing your hands with water for a few hours after the henna is applied.
- Keep your hands warm; the stain develops best with heat.
- Leave the henna on for as long as possible before scraping it off.
