About Studio Portraits: Newborns & Toddlers
We don't rush through these shoots. For newborn sessions, we block out 3 to 4 hours in our Naagarabhaavi studio because we know your baby needs time to feed, change, and settle. You won't find us staring at a watch here; if the baby is fussy, we simply pause, wait, and let them get comfortable before we pick up the camera again.
Our Approach to Baby Portraits
Childhood moves fast. One minute they are tiny, the next they are running around causing chaos. Our job is to freeze those specific stages so you can come back to them whenever you want.
The Newborn Experience
Safety is non-negotiable. When we do a newborn shoot, we bring our own professional Godox lighting and sanitized props, wraps, and furs. We work with a team of two—one photographer and one assistant—solely focused on your baby's comfort. Whether it's a moon setup, a basket, or a simple beanbag, the posing is gentle and respectful. We want those peaceful baby yawns and tiny toes, not stressful poses.
Toddler Sessions: Handling the 'Attitude'
Toddlers are a different beast entirely. They have opinions, and we respect that. Our studio sessions for toddlers are interactive. We use props like miniature furniture, books, and toys to keep them engaged. If they want to make a weird face, we capture it. We find that the best shots aren't the ones where everyone is looking at the camera perfectly, but the ones that capture their personality.
What to Expect
- Location: Our cozy studio in Naagarabhaavi, Bengaluru.
- Logistics: We provide sanitized costumes and props. For toddlers, we usually handle up to 2 outfit changes to keep them from getting restless.
- Flexibility: Whether it's a traditional Krishna theme or a superhero concept, we help set the scene. If there is a meltdown, we roll with it. That is part of the job.
