I'm the guy behind Aerial Capturez, a DGCA certified drone pilot based out of namma Bengaluru. My thing is capturing properties from above - whether it's a massive apartment block, a stylish tech park, or a resort with killer amenities. Ground shots are fine, but aerial views tell the real story, showing off the scale and vibe that regular cameras miss.

My Services

• Real estate aerial showcase for developers, agents, and anyone who wants to actually show what their property looks and feels like. I've shot everything from sprawling villa layouts in Mysuru to slick office campuses at ITPL Tech Park.
• Cinematic building video for resorts, clubs, and educational institutions - gives a full sense of place, not just a few rooms. Day and night shoots to catch those architectural lighting details.
• Construction site progress video for builders and PMs who need regular updates from above. I’ve worked with big names like Ahluwalia Contracts, so I know the drill.
• Corporate and institutional shoots, campus walkthroughs, and industrial sites - all covered.

My Approach

I use DJI Mavic drones for aerials, Sony cameras for ground shots. Safety and permissions are a must, so every shoot is legit. I won’t sugarcoat it - weather can mess up plans, and not every site is drone-friendly. But if you want visuals that actually stand out, I’m here for it.
