Team & Equipment
- Crew: 1 Senior Photographer (Candid & Stage) + 1 Cinematographer (Gimbal-operated).
- Duration: Continuous coverage for up to 8 hours (e.g., 10 AM to 6 PM).
- Gear: Full-frame Sony cameras (low-light capable), fast zoom lenses (24-70mm f/2.8), and wireless audio for speeches.
Deliverables
- Teaser Reel: A 60-second high-energy cinematic video (vertical or horizontal) delivered within 48 to 72 hours.
- Event Film: A 3 to 5 minute detailed highlight video covering speeches, crowd reactions, and branding.
- Photography: 200+ Color-corrected, high-resolution JPEGs including branding shots and VIP felicitation.
Logistics
- Travel: Includes travel expenses within Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane.
- Setup: Includes basic lighting setup for stage podiums if required.

Scope of Work
- Drone Videography: 4K Aerial footage capturing site elevation, surroundings, and scale.
- Photography: Wide-angle architectural shots of sample flats, lobbies, or construction floor plates using linear-correction lenses.
- Compliance: Includes experienced pilot for operation in regulated zones (Navi Mumbai or Airport vicinity).

Corporate Headshots & Retail Photography
Session Options (Choose One)
- Option A (Headshots): On-location setup (office converted to studio) with portable backdrop and professional strobe lighting for up to 10 employees.
- Option B (Product/Retail): Photography of store interiors, shelf layouts, or tabletop products with attention to label clarity.
Post-Production
- Retouching: Skin smoothing and blemish removal for headshots.
- Color Grading: Brand color accuracy adjustment for retail and FMCG product shots.
Deliverables
- Output: 15 to 20 final processed images (for Retail/Product) OR 1 to 2 selected edits per person (for Headshots).

My Story
Don’t get fooled by the ‘Maestro Photography’ name, it’s mostly just me – a Mumbai local, camera always ready, running around the city with my kit. I’m the guy behind the lens, whether it’s for Tata, Adani, or your chachu’s 60th birthday. I love catching those real moments – bride’s teary smile, a baby’s goofy laugh, all of it. For me, it’s less about fancy gear, more about memories you’ll actually want to look at years later.
