About Supreme Court & High Court Practice
Winning a case in the Supreme Court or High Court is not just about the law on paper; it is about how you present the equity of your argument. My approach is to move beyond the paperwork and identify the critical legal point that will catch the judge's attention. If we are filing a Writ Petition or an SLP, we start with a clear assessment of your case merits, ensuring you understand the risks and the roadmap before we commit to the battle.
When you approach the Supreme Court, you are not just filing a case; you are dealing with the final frontier of the Indian legal system. As an Advocate-on-Record (AOR), I have the exclusive right to file and argue cases directly before the Apex Court. My practice is built on a simple philosophy: the law must be balanced with equity.
My Areas of Litigation
I primarily focus on Constitutional and Administrative law, representing individuals and entities against government overreach.
- Supreme Court Litigation: I specialize in filing Special Leave Petitions (SLPs) and handling admission hearings. Whether it is a service dispute or a constitutional challenge, my goal is to frame the substantial questions of law that demand the Court's intervention.
- High Court Writ Petitions: I regularly appear before the Delhi, Rajasthan (Jodhpur and Jaipur benches), and Bombay High Courts. I handle Article 226 petitions, specifically those requiring urgent interim relief, such as stay orders against illegal construction or tender disqualifications.
- Service and Employment Law: Having successfully represented hundreds of professionals, including dental doctors against regulatory bodies, I understand how to protect your career from arbitrary administrative decisions.
The Process
I believe in transparency. We do not just take on files; we conduct a rigorous merit review of your documents, government notifications, or lower court orders. Before we enter the courtroom, we conduct conferences to anticipate the opposition's strategy. This ensures that when we stand before the bench, we are ready to answer the specific legal questions raised by the judges.
If you are fighting a 'David vs. Goliath' battle against the state or a large corporation, remember that the law is not always black and white. Sometimes, the path to justice lies in arguing for what is fair, not just what is written.
