About Landmark Constitutional Cases
As an Advocate-on-Record (AOR), I take the full weight of the litigation process, from filing to final argument. Many people do not realize that in the Supreme Court, the procedural accuracy of a Special Leave Petition (SLP) or a Writ Petition is just as critical as the legal argument itself. One technical objection from the Registry can stall your case for weeks. I handle these filings personally, ensuring every nuance of your constitutional challenge is documented correctly so we can focus on the core arguments.
When you approach the Supreme Court, you are dealing with the final authority on law in India. My approach centers on the balance of powers. I believe that while the Parliament makes laws, it is the duty of the courts to interpret them, and neither should overstep. This is the foundation of my strategy in every constitutional matter I handle.
My Core Legal Practice
- Advocate-on-Record (AOR) Services: Being an AOR allows me to file cases directly in the Supreme Court. Whether it is drafting a synopsis, listing dates, or curing defects from the Registry, I manage the technical aspects so your petition remains valid and moves toward an admission hearing without unnecessary delays.
- Writ Petitions (Article 226): I frequently represent clients in High Courts and the Supreme Court to challenge government actions, tender disqualifications, or service law disputes. If a state action is ultra vires or infringes on fundamental rights, we file for relief.
- Balancing Law and Equity: My philosophy is that law is not always black and white. There are cases where strict legal interpretation ignores the human element. In these instances, I argue for equity, ensuring that the final judgment considers the reality of the client's situation.
Handling High-Stakes Litigation
My experience includes representing organizations like the Global Kashmiri Pandit Diaspora in the historic Article 370 hearing. These cases require more than just knowledge of the law; they require the ability to present complex, multi-layered arguments before a bench of senior judges. I bring this same intensity to every case, whether it involves government policy, environmental justice, or individual constitutional rights.
If you are dealing with a matter that touches upon your fundamental rights or requires challenging a significant government order, I am available to assess the merits of your case. We can evaluate whether a writ petition is the correct route or if an SLP is required, ensuring you have a clear roadmap before we initiate any legal action.

I do not just read the law; I interpret how it applies to the reality of your situation. My practice is built on a simple premise. Law is not just black and white, and sometimes, equity is the missing piece in a legal argument.
