I believe that while the Parliament makes laws, it is the duty of the courts to interpret them, and neither should overstep. My Core Legal Practice

• Advocate-on-Record (AOR) Services: Being an AOR allows me to file cases directly in the Supreme Court. Whether it is drafting a synopsis, listing dates, or curing defects from the Registry, I manage the technical aspects so your petition remains valid and moves toward an admission hearing without unnecessary delays.
• Writ Petitions (Article 226): I frequently represent clients in High Courts and the Supreme Court to challenge government actions, tender disqualifications, or service law disputes. If a state action is ultra vires or infringes on fundamental rights, we file for relief.
• Balancing Law and Equity: My philosophy is that law is not always black and white. There are cases where strict legal interpretation ignores the human element. In these instances, I argue for equity, ensuring that the final judgment considers the reality of the client's situation.
