Our Chambers and Legal Team
Legal battles require more than just knowledge of the law; they require a dedicated team and the right infrastructure. Here is a look at the spaces where my team and I build our strategies.

About My Offices & Team
A legal strategy is only as strong as the preparation behind it. When you walk into our Defence Colony chamber, you aren't just meeting me; you are engaging with a team that has been battle-tested in the Supreme Court and High Courts across Delhi, Rajasthan, and Goa. Every case file goes through deep, internal deliberation—my 'Devils' work late nights to ensure no procedural error goes unnoticed before we ever step into a courtroom.
The law is a serious profession, but I do not believe in practicing it in isolation. My offices in Defence Colony, New Delhi, and our new space in Miramar, Goa, are designed for one purpose: intense, focused collaboration.
Building a practice as an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court is a marathon, not a sprint. It takes years of consistent effort, and I am proud to have built a team that understands this. We are not a corporate factory; we are a group of dedicated professionals who treat every client's stress—whether it is a service law dispute or a real estate matter—as our own.
Our Approach to Infrastructure
- The War Room: Our Defence Colony office is where we handle the heavy lifting. From drafting complex Special Leave Petitions (SLP) to curing registry defects, our administrative handling is as critical as our courtroom arguments.
- Pan-India Reach: While my practice is centered in the Supreme Court, having a physical presence in Goa allows us to directly manage High Court writ petitions and property disputes on the ground, without relying on long-distance communication.
- Team Culture: I call my team the 'Devils.' They are the ones handling the late-night research and ensuring that when I stand before the bench, every citation is ready and every argument is sharp.
We believe in the balance of institutions, and that starts with the balance of our own office. Whether we are preparing for a constitutional hearing or a bail matter, the environment we work in defines the quality of our advocacy.
Siddharth Praveen Acharya
I am Siddharth, and for me, the practice of law is not a solo act; it is a shared pursuit of justice with my team. We call ourselves the 'Devils' because we tackle the toughest cases with relentless energy, whether we are in our Defence Colony office or arguing before the Supreme Court.
