Law shouldn't be a mystery. Through my workshops, I break down complex rights into 'bahut saral bhasha' so you can actually use them. Whether it is the POSH Act or domestic violence protection, understanding the law is your first step to safety.

Addressing a full room of police officers at the CP office in Gurugram. My goal in these sessions is to provide absolute clarity on the legal provisions of the POSH and Domestic Violence Acts.

On stage for a panel discussion on Legal Awareness and Cyber Crime at SGT University. Educating students is crucial for building a safer society for women.

This video shows highlights from a session on the POCSO and POSH acts. My work involves not just representing clients but also educating the community and officials on these vital laws protecting women and children.

Another angle from the training at the CP office. It is essential to ensure that every officer understands the nuances of laws designed to protect women from harassment and violence.

About Spreading Legal Awareness

My approach to these sessions isn't just about reading sections from a statute book. I focus on real-world scenarios—like how to document evidence in a domestic violence case or what exactly constitutes a valid complaint under the POSH Act at your workplace. We go through these points together so that by the time you leave, you have a clear, actionable checklist rather than just a vague idea of your rights.

Legal knowledge is the ultimate shield. It is why I left my teaching career to practice law—because I saw how often people were disadvantaged simply because they didn't understand the system.

Whether I am speaking at a police commissioner's office, a university, or for an MNC, my goal remains the same: to translate dry legal text into actionable life skills. These sessions are designed to remove the fear of the unknown.

What we cover:

  • POSH Act Compliance: We move beyond the bare minimum and discuss the nuances of workplace safety and how to foster respect.
  • Domestic Violence Rights: I explain the Domestic Violence Act in simple terms, focusing on how to spot signs of abuse—including emotional and financial—and the immediate steps you can take for protection.
  • Practical Q&A: My workshops are not lectures. They are open, interactive sessions where you can ask the questions you were too hesitant to ask elsewhere.

I want you to leave feeling confident, not confused. By democratizing this information through the Reet Foundation and my public talks, I aim to equip everyone—students, employees, and community members—with the tools they need to stand their ground. Understanding your rights isn't just for lawyers; it is a necessity for your daily life.
