Our team completes the full setup for these room surprises in just 60 to 90 minutes. We always use high-quality, paint-safe masking tape for our balloon and foil installations, so you never have to worry about damage to your walls or furniture after the celebration ends.
Whether you are planning a milestone birthday or a romantic surprise, we bring everything required to your home or hotel. For a classic room surprise, our team handles the inflation and placement of 70 to 100 balloons, creating ceiling and floor effects that completely change the room's energy. If you opt for one of our ring or shimmer wall backdrops, please ensure you have at least 8 feet of clear wall space and a nearby power socket so we can properly install the neon signage and LED lighting.
We operate across Delhi, Gurgaon, and the wider NCR region, making it easy to schedule a setup at a venue of your choice. While we handle the heavy lifting, we ask that you provide a clean space for the setup to begin. For larger marquee or proposal setups, we recommend confirming your site requirements in advance, as certain outdoor locations may need specific power extensions. We manage the rental and collection of all props, including metallic frames and illuminated letters, allowing you to focus entirely on the surprise moment.
