About Birthday Room Decorations

I use double-sided tape for all ceiling balloons, so they stay up for the whole event. These are air-filled, not helium. Setup takes me about 60 to 90 minutes. If you have a small bedroom, do not worry; I am used to working in tight spaces and will arrange the balloons so the room looks festive without feeling cluttered.
