To ensure our larger props like the 6ft Eiffel Tower or circular shimmer backdrops fit securely, we require an 8ft x 8ft clear wall space near a functional power outlet. Our team manages all transportation and installation at your venue, whether it is a private terrace in Gurgaon or a hotel banquet hall in Delhi, so you can focus on the celebration.

Logistics and Requirements
Successful setups depend on site readiness. For most of our large-scale prop rentals, we need access to the venue at least 90 minutes before the event start time. Please note that for outdoor setups, weather conditions and surface stability are key factors we assess to ensure prop safety. We recommend verifying power availability at your chosen site, especially for setups requiring extensive LED lighting, cold fire pyros, or illuminated marquee letters.
