When you order, remember these are not factory-made packets. I use zero preservatives and fresh ingredients like pure ghee and jaggery, so my cookies and snacks have a shorter shelf life than store-bought versions. They are best enjoyed within three weeks, just as nature intended.

I believe in food that loves you back. When I started Aditi's Home Kitchen, my goal was simple: to bring back the traditional snacks I grew up with, but updated for modern health needs. That means no maida, no refined white sugar, and absolutely no preservatives. What I Make
- Healthy Cookies: These aren't your typical store-bought biscuits. I use millets and grains like ragi (nachani), oats, and jowar. They are dense, crunchy, and packed with fiber and protein. My dry fruit cookies are loaded with almonds and cashews, providing that natural energy boost without the sugar crash.
- Energy Ladoos: Perfect for busy mornings or post-workout recovery. I use traditional binders like dates and pure cow ghee to roll these nutrient-dense balls. From dink (edible gum) to methi, these are crafted to support bone health and immunity.
- Savory & Breakfast: My savory snacks like chakli and poha chivda use minimal oil, making them a great companion for your evening chai. I also make nachani chocos, a hit with kids, which replaces processed cereals with iron-rich finger millet.

Everything you see here is prepared in small, fresh batches right here in Shiv Vihar, Kamothe. Because I don't use heavy preservatives, I recommend ordering in advance to ensure you get the freshest stock. I deliver across Navi Mumbai, so you can bring home the taste of a real kitchen, without spending hours at the stove.
