About Contemporary & Fusion Braids
Fusion braids can get heavy, so I prioritize weight distribution right from the start. I use a combination of secure extensions and internal pinning techniques so you can dance at your Sangeet or stand for photos at your reception without feeling the weight or worrying about the style unraveling.
While I love a classic look, I know that for events like your Sangeet or Reception, you might want something that breaks the mold. Fusion braiding is all about customization. We take the foundation of a traditional braid and add elements that feel fresh—like double twists, messy textures, or even colored extensions that match your personality.

The Process
When we discuss your look, I always ask to see your outfit first. The weight of your hair, the length, and the style of the blouse neck determine how we secure the braid. If you have fine hair, I use high-quality extensions to add the volume required for those thick, statement-making braids you see in my gallery. We will also discuss flower placement; fresh jasmine (malli poo) is a classic, but for fusion looks, we can integrate different floral combinations or delicate crystals to suit the event vibe.
