Guest Makeup & Basic Hairstyling
Makeup
- Skin Prep: CTM (Cleansing, Toning, Moisturizing) routine.
- Base: Medium coverage HD foundation matched to skin tone.
- Eyes: Neutral matte eyeshadows (browns/pinks), eyeliner, and mascara. (False lashes not included).
- Finish: Soft nude or pink lipstick and setting spray for 6-8 hour wear.
Hairstyling
- Technique: Basic heat styling only.
- Styles: Straightening, soft waves, or a neat high ponytail.
- Exclusions: No crimping, hair extensions, or complex updos.
Draping
- Standard Nivi saree drape or dupatta pinning.
High-Glam Reception Makeup & Textured Hair
Advanced Makeup
- Base: Full-coverage, sweat-proof HD foundation suitable for flash photography.
- Sculpting: Cream and powder contouring with high-intensity highlighter.
- Eyes: Complex application including Cut-Crease, Smokey Eyes, or Glitter pigments.
- Lashes: Premium synthetic false eyelashes (strip lashes).
- Lips: Transfer-proof liquid matte lipstick.
Textured Hairstyling
- Prep: Crimping for root volume and tonging.
- Styles: Messy bun with face-framing tendrils, Hollywood waves, or textured pony.
- Accessories: Placement of pearl pins or baby's breath (flowers/accessories provided by client).
- Extensions: Application of clip-in extensions (if provided by client).
Draping
- Setting of Can Can skirts for lehengas or structured saree draping with ironed pleats.
Traditional South Indian Makeup & Poola Jada
Long-Wear Makeup
- Base: Waterproof, sweat-resistant matte formulation for humidity control.
- Eyes: Sharp winged liner and Kohl-rimmed eyes.
- Details: Professional placement of decorative Bindis and precise lip lining.
Elaborate Hairstyling
- Braid: Traditional long braid (Jada) with fixation of false hair extension (Savaram).
- Floral: Intricate setting of jasmine (Malli Poo) or floral sheets.
- Jewelry Fixation: Secure sewing/pinning of Jadanagam (hair serpent jewelry), Billai, and Kunjalam tassels.
- Note: Client must provide fresh flowers and gold jewelry.
Silk Saree Draping
- Traditional Kanjeevaram or silk saree draping.
- Box pleating and safety-pinning for a rigid structure lasting 8+ hours.
- Assistance with heavy temple jewelry sets.

Sometimes, a simple half-updo or glamorous curls for sangeet is all you need to stand out. I’m big on finishing touches - malli poo, roses, crystals, pearls, you name it.
