About Youth Tennis: The Next Generation
We don't believe in forcing young players to use adult equipment immediately. We use the 'Play and Stay' format with low-compression red, orange, and green dot balls that match your child’s height and age. This allows them to focus on proper swing mechanics and footwork without fighting the weight of a standard ball, so they build real confidence from the first lesson.
Our youth tennis program is designed to take kids from their very first swing to competitive match play. We don't just put a racket in their hand; we structure their learning path to ensure they build solid foundations that last a lifetime.
Our Training Approach
- Age-Appropriate Progression: By using progressive balls (Red/Orange/Green), we ensure that technical development happens at a pace that keeps kids engaged rather than frustrated.
- Tech-Driven Feedback: We integrate video analysis into training. Seeing their own serve or forehand on the SFL app helps our students understand their biomechanics and track their progress over time.
- Mental Toughness: Beyond technique, we teach match temperament. Kids learn how to handle wins and losses, focus during long rallies, and stay disciplined under pressure—the core of our 'Play to Progress' philosophy.
Sessions & Logistics
We run group sessions with small student-to-coach ratios (1:6 to 1:8), ensuring every player gets specific corrections. Whether you are looking for after-school sessions at Don Bosco Academy or weekend training at The Acres, we aim to make high-quality coaching accessible. All equipment is provided for trials, so you just need to bring the energy.
