We do not just stand at the table. At Ping Pong Academy, we use agility ladders, relay races, and explosive sprints to make sure every player is fast, strong, and ready for the next rally.

This is what 'Fitness with Fun' looks like. Here, the kids are engaged in a fast-paced cone game that builds agility, speed, and teamwork, all while having a great time.

Our fitness training isn't confined to the hall. This video shows my students doing outdoor workouts, including sprints and bodyweight exercises, to build the strength and endurance needed for long matches.

Every workout is progress. This clip shows my students doing push-ups and skipping, which are excellent exercises for building upper body strength and cardiovascular fitness.

This video shows a mix of our training methods. It starts with a player practicing her rally, then cuts to footwork drills with an agility ladder. This shows how we integrate skill work with physical conditioning.

A fun twist on a classic game. The students are playing tic-tac-toe, but with a fitness challenge. They have to run and place their cone, making it a great drill for speed and strategic thinking.

Another example of our fun fitness games. The kids are working together in a cone-stacking relay race, which encourages speed, coordination, and friendly competition.

This clip shows a shuttle run drill using cones. This exercise is fantastic for developing the quick, side-to-side footwork that is essential for covering the table tennis table effectively.

This drill focuses on explosive speed and agility. The player has to quickly pick up and move cones, which simulates the short, sharp movements required during a fast-paced rally.

Here, my students are doing outdoor agility drills. Using the open space allows for longer sprints and different types of exercises to build a strong athletic base.

About Fitness with Fun

You will not find us spending the whole hour just feeding balls. We carve out dedicated time for what we call 'Fitness with Fun.' We use gamified agility drills like tic-tac-toe relay races or cone sprints, because we know that the fastest hands at the table mean nothing if your footwork cannot keep up.

Many people think table tennis is just about wrist flick and focus. They are only half right. In the competitive circuit, matches are often decided in the fifth set when fatigue kicks in. That is why our training at the Ping Pong Academy, located right here in GTB Nagar, focuses on building the engine before we polish the drive.

We use the 'Fitness with Fun' approach to keep our younger students engaged. Instead of dry cardio, we use agility ladders to improve footwork speed, shuttle runs to sharpen reaction times, and even bodyweight circuits to build the core stability needed for a powerful topspin. Whether you are a 4-year-old beginner working on motor skills or an intermediate player prepping for district rankings, these drills are calibrated to your specific level.

Our indoor hall provides the space for these movements, moving beyond standard table drills to simulate real match intensity. We treat agility training as a pillar of our program, not an afterthought. When you train with us, you are not just learning how to hold a racket; you are building the stamina of a serious athlete.

My name is Mudit, and I started this academy because I believe table tennis should be as exciting as it is disciplined. Whether I am coaching a 4-year-old or prepping a state-level player, my goal is to make sure they leave the hall better and faster than when they walked in.
