This high-speed tic-tac-toe race is a favorite at the academy. It's a fun, competitive game that secretly trains players in speed, agility, and strategic thinking under pressure.

This is a reaction and speed game where players have to quickly grab the correct colored cone. It’s a fun way to sharpen reflexes and improve the quick-twitch muscle fibers needed for fast rallies.

Another one of our 'Fitness with Fun' games. This drill involves players competing to collect cones, which improves their speed, agility, and ability to change direction quickly.
