With Ayurveda, I look for the root cause - treating the problem 'jad se' (from the root) so you get lasting relief, not just a quick fix. Your healing starts with a one-on-one session. I check your Prakriti (body constitution), dosha imbalances, lifestyle, and diet. No cookie-cutter plans here - your treatment is made just for you.
Therapies Offered
- Panchakarma detox therapy: Deep cleansing for chronic fatigue, stress, digestive issues, skin problems. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it for a full reset.
- Ayurvedic skin and hair treatment: For asli (real) glow, I use medi-facials, herbal pastes (Lepanam), and medicated oils. Acne, pigmentation, hair fall - all tackled from within, not just outside.
- Herbal remedies for chronic pain: Arthritis, slip disc, spondylosis, PCOD - I use warm oil treatments (Kati Basti), massages (Abhyanga), detox (Virechana), and herbs. No surgery, just gentle, steady healing.
