About Travel Portraits & Lifestyle
My shadow-traveler style means I capture you actually living your trip, not just posing for the camera. We find the right light, I adjust the settings on my Sony A7IV, and you just keep doing your thing. Whether it is a beach day or a mountain trek, the goal is natural movement.
People often ask me, 'Abhishek, do I need to learn how to pose?' My answer is simple. No. I don't believe in stiff directions. When I'm covering your travel stories, from the beaches of Goa to the quiet lanes of a hill station, my job is to be the guy with the camera who fits into your group.
I use my Sony A7IV with a 70-200mm lens to get those clean, professional shots while keeping some distance, so you don't feel awkward or watched. You get high-res images that actually look like a memory, not a forced fashion spread.
My process is straightforward:
- The Vibe Check: We start by talking about where you're going and what the mood is. Are we chasing sunsets or hiking up a trail?
- Shadow Coverage: I follow your pace. If you're laughing, eating, or just walking, that's when I click.
- Quick Turnaround: I know you want to post these on your feed, so I make sure to get the teasers to you within 24 hours.
This isn't about being a model. It is about having someone there to make sure you look like you're having the time of your life, because you are.
