For your event, we deploy a 3-member team dedicated to full coverage. One photographer focuses on candid moments, one handles traditional rituals and family stage groups, and our videographer captures the highlight footage. This division of labor ensures we capture the fleeting emotional reactions as well as the essential posed shots without missing any part of the celebration.

Our Approach to Events

We know that baby showers and birthdays are fast-paced and unpredictable. My team of 8 at Aaryas Photography operates with a 100% commitment to getting the shot, whether it is a quiet, tender moment or a busy crowd scene. We use full-frame cameras and external flash setups to ensure lighting is consistent, even in crowded event halls or home settings.

What We Cover

• Baby Showers (Seemantham / Naming Ceremonies): We offer a comprehensive 5-hour event coverage package. This includes both candid and traditional photography, plus a cinematic highlight video and a long-form traditional film. We use on-camera audio recording to ensure speeches and mantras are clear.
• First Birthdays: We capture everything from the decor and the '1' balloons to the small, unscripted moments like a baby's reaction to the cake. We don't just take pictures of the event; we document the story of the day.

Practical Details

We believe in simple, transparent pricing. We do not have hidden costs, and our packages are designed to be flexible. Since children can be unpredictable, we work at their pace. If a child needs a break, we take it. We have experience managing these shoots across Bengaluru and travel throughout South India for our clients. Our goal is to provide a stress-free experience so you can focus on celebrating with your family.
