Three factors we evaluate before we build:

1. Sun-path tracking: We monitor where the sun hits your space throughout the day to optimize the roof slatting and shade coverage.
2. Structural load: Terrace floors have weight limits. We use lightweight soilless media and efficient civil planters to manage soil weight.
3. Concealed utilities: We run all wiring for your fans and lighting inside the metal tubes, keeping the design clean and weather-protected.
