About Kids' Themed Birthday Parties
For my themed setups, I don’t just throw up a few balloons. I focus on the character cutouts and personalized name boards that make the theme pop. Whether you’re planning at a banquet hall in Vasai or a cozy terrace party, I ensure the entrance gate and stage backdrop set the mood the moment your guests walk in.
When a child walks into a room and sees their favorite character—whether it’s Cocomelon, Boss Baby, or a jungle safari set—their excitement is the best part of the job. I love the challenge of taking a simple space and turning it into a themed world.
My Approach to Theming
I specialize in complete environment styling. My Grand Themed Banquet setup is designed for impact, typically featuring an 8ft backdrop with custom flex prints, 3ft tall foam character cutouts, and massive balloon arches using over 800 balloons. I use LED Par cans to wash the backdrop in theme colors, which makes the photos look incredible.

I work across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, from Vasai-Virar to the city, handling setups in banquet halls, clubhouses, or even your home terrace. My process is simple: I arrive 2-3 hours early to get everything set up with zero drama, so you can just enjoy the party.
