I have put together some of my favorite setups right here. Whether it is a cozy room surprise or a full-blown theme party, this collection shows the kind of work I love doing for my clients.

The big reveal. I love capturing the moment someone walks into a room I've decorated for their special day. This romantic birthday surprise was all about creating a wow factor with hundreds of red balloons and scattered rose petals.

A grand welcome for a new baby. I created a beautiful pathway with fresh flower rangoli leading to a full balloon ring backdrop. It's a heartwarming way to celebrate their first day at home.

A sophisticated and rustic birthday theme. This setup uses dried pampas grass, a custom neon sign, and soft lighting to create a warm, elegant atmosphere, showing that celebrations can be chic and understated.

Bringing the popular Cocomelon theme to life for a first birthday party. This large-scale decoration features character cutouts, a personalized name display, and a full balloon ring arch, making it a dream come true for the little one.

A vibrant and traditional Haldi ceremony backdrop. I used hundreds of fresh marigolds (genda phool) to create this stunning circular backdrop, which is a centerpiece for pre-wedding functions.

A modern and clean anniversary setup. The "Better Together" neon sign provides a beautiful focal point inside a classic white and silver balloon ring, perfect for celebrating a milestone together.

A romantic rooftop proposal setup. I created a heart-shaped balloon arch and a flower petal pathway to help make this special question unforgettable. The city view at sunset added to the magic.

A full-wall balloon installation for a birthday bash. This rainbow-colored backdrop is made of hundreds of balloons in various sizes to create texture and impact, complete with a "Happy Birthday" neon sign.

About Featured

When we discuss your event, I always prioritize the backdrop area, as that is where most photos are taken. Whether it is a circular iron frame for a birthday or a marigold-draped wall for a Haldi, I focus on balancing the balloons and props so the space looks full but not crowded.

This is a complete outer space adventure I created for a 4th birthday. The setup includes a galaxy-themed backdrop, custom rocket and planet cutouts, an astronaut figure, and a large balloon arch in cosmic colors to make the kids feel like they are on a real space mission.8
For this special 60th birthday, I designed a personalized backdrop featuring a collage of cherished family photos. The setup is complemented by a gold sequin wall, marquee light-up numbers, and an elegant balloon garland in white, silver, and peach tones.
I brought the jungle to life for this first birthday party with a large stage setup. It features a variety of life-sized, friendly animal cutouts like an elephant, tiger, and zebra, all set against a lush green backdrop with a balloon arch to complete the safari theme.
