Celebrating Ganpati Bappa with a traditional Lezim dance! This is one of my favorite festivals, and I love incorporating folk elements into my choreography.
A special sitting choreography to celebrate Janmashtami. This beautiful duet captures the devotional and playful spirit of the festival.
A classic Garba piece to 'Rangilo Maro Dholna'. This solo performance showcases the twirls, claps, and joyful energy that make Navratri so special.
Ganpati Bappa Morya! Another look at our energetic Lezim choreography, a folk dance style from Maharashtra that we love to perform during Ganesh Chaturthi.
A Diwali special, because this festival is all about dressing up and feeling festive. This video shows a fun transition from casual to a beautiful ethnic lehenga, all with a dance twist.
Absolutely in love with this colorful Bandhani lehenga look for Navratri. Getting dressed up is half the fun of the festival season!
A fun and energetic solo performance to 'Dholida' from Gangubai. This is the perfect song to dance to on the last day of Navratri, full of power and festive spirit.
About Festival Celebrations
You don't need years of training to nail a festive routine. My festival workshops in Mumbai focus on simple, high-energy steps that look great on video and feel even better to dance. Whether you are prepping for a community event or just want to post a fun Reel, I break down the choreography using lyrics and feel, so you can walk in as a beginner and leave with a complete performance.
Festive Vibes, No Boring Drills
I believe festivals are the best time to let go and just move. My workshop approach is the opposite of a strict academy; we don't do endless drills or technical jargon. Instead, we focus on the energy of the occasion. When we do Garba for Navratri or Lezim for Ganesh Chaturthi, the goal is to sync with the music and have a blast.
Where We Dance
I conduct in-studio workshops across Mumbai, including Andheri West, Malad, and Kandivali. These sessions are typically scheduled on weekends to keep things accessible for everyone. We use professional studio spaces with wooden flooring, full-length mirrors, and sound systems, so you can practice your moves comfortably.
What You Get
Each workshop is a 2 to 3-hour session where we master one full routine. We dedicate the final portion of the class to filming, so you leave with high-quality content for your social media. If you can't make it to the studio, I also run online Zoom classes, where we focus on upper-body movements and expressions—perfect for anyone who wants to learn from home.
Why Join?
- Beginner Friendly: No dance background? No problem. We use lyrical breakdown instead of technical counts.
- Content Ready: Every session ends with a group filming segment, so you have a video to post right away.
- Festive Specialization: From traditional folk steps to Bollywood-fusion festive tracks, I curate routines that fit the specific vibe of the season.
