A playful and fun duet choreography to the classic 'Chor Bazaari'. This is a great example of a simple, charming routine that's perfect for couples or friends to perform at a wedding event.
Perfect for the bride's side! This 'Gore Gore Se Chore' routine is full of fun, teasing expressions and is a sangeet choreography favorite. You can learn this whole piece and be ready for the next wedding.
A classic Bollywood number with lots of flair. This solo performance on 'Uyi Amma' shows the kind of expressive and energetic choreography you can learn for a standout sangeet performance.
A smooth and stylish duet to 'Rind Posh Maal'. This choreography blends classic Bollywood vibes with modern steps, making it a cool and romantic piece for any couple.
Bringing the energy with this 'Boom Boom' choreography. This is a fun, upbeat routine that we often learn in my weekend workshops in Mumbai.
Sometimes the most fun happens when we're just jamming in the studio. This is a raw, unplanned take on 'Raanjhanaa', showing the spontaneous joy of dance.
Just some chill vibes and easy moves. This is the kind of fun, relaxed choreography you can do anywhere, anytime, just to feel good and enjoy the music.
About Bollywood Party Starters
You don't need years of training to be the life of the party. In my workshops, I break down complex-looking steps into simple, catchy moves using song lyrics instead of technical dance counts. Most of my students master a full, performance-ready routine in just one or two sessions, so you're ready for your sangeet or that viral reel in no time.
Your Step-by-Step Guide to Party-Ready Moves
I started New Tribe Events to show that dance isn't about rigid rules or endless technical drills—it's about the joy of moving to the music. My Bollywood Party Starters routines are built for one purpose: to get you stage-ready, fast.
What makes these routines different?
- Lyric-Based Learning: Instead of memorizing technical dance counts (like 1-2-3-4), I teach using the rhythm and lyrics of the song. It’s intuitive, natural, and sticks much faster.
- Expressive Focus: A great sangeet performance is 50% steps and 50% expressions. We spend time perfecting those teasing glances, dramatic hand gestures, and stage presence so you don’t just dance; you perform.
- Sitting & Standing Options: Need something for a family group with elders or just want a unique aesthetic? My signature "sitting choreography" is designed for videos or stages where space is limited, ensuring everyone can participate.
Where We Dance
I host group workshops at professional studios in Andheri West, Malad, and Kandivali, equipped with full-length mirrors and wooden flooring. If you're planning a sangeet or a solo entry, you can book me for in-studio private sessions or join my online Zoom classes to learn from the comfort of your home. Each session includes a 10-minute Q&A to iron out tricky musicality doubts and a performance video so you have a clear reference for practice.
Whether it’s a high-energy item number or a soulful semi-classical track, I’ll help you break down the choreography into bite-sized, manageable pieces. Let’s get you dancing!
