Outdoor events are a different beast compared to indoor stages. You have wider spaces, different energy levels, and usually a mix of people—from active employees to energetic kids. Our outdoor sessions are crafted to be simple, engaging, and lively so nobody feels left out.

Whether you are planning a corporate sports day at a turf, a company picnic, or a large family gathering, we tailor the movement to the crowd. We usually bring two instructors so we can cover the stage area and keep the energy high from all angles.

A few practical things to keep in mind for your booking:

• Audio is key: For outdoor spaces, a strong PA system is non-negotiable. If the crowd cannot hear the beat, they cannot catch the vibe. Let us know if you need help planning speaker placement.
• The Stage: A raised platform (8x6 ft minimum) helps our instructors stay visible, especially if you have hundreds of participants.
• Comfort: We modify our moves to suit whatever your team is wearing—whether it is office casuals, sports jerseys, or casual picnic wear.
