This is my special Indian dessert platter, perfect for finishing a meal on a sweet note. It features a variety of traditional sweets, including Ghewar, Gulab Jamun, Barfi, and Jalebi, all made fresh with quality ingredients.
Watch as I serve up my creamy, homemade Rasmalai. The soft cheese patties are soaked in sweetened, thickened milk flavored with cardamom and saffron, then garnished with pistachios.
A tray of my freshly made Imarti, a dessert similar to Jalebi but with a more intricate shape. These are fried in pure ghee and soaked in sugar syrup for a delightful crunch.

To show you my dessert range, here is a sizzling brownie being prepared. I top a warm, fudgy brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries, and a sprinkle of fun. It's a perfect modern dessert option for any party.
Another popular Western dessert I offer is this chocolate waffle. It's served warm with fresh strawberries, scoops of ice cream, and a generous drizzle of chocolate sauce.

- Live Stations: For that extra fun, we can set up a live Jalebi or hot brownie station. Watching fresh sweets being prepared adds a lot of energy to an event.
