Because I work on an advance booking basis, I do not keep any ready stock. I start sourcing and preparing your meal only after you confirm your order, ensuring that you get the same 'ghar ka swaad' you would expect if you cooked it in your own kitchen.
My philosophy is simple: hotel food gets heavy and boring, but a meal from my kitchen should feel like a hug. I don't believe in shortcuts or mass-producing meals. Whether you are looking for a daily tiffin service in Borivali East or need bulk catering for a small family function, I cook everything from scratch in my own kitchen.
