Hem's Kitchen
My Story
Namaste, I’m Hem, and Hem’s Kitchen is just me doing what I love best - cooking for people, not running a business. My kitchen feels like home, and I wanted Mumbai folks to taste real ghar ka khana. Roz roz hotel ka khana nahi jamta (hotel food gets boring every day). When someone says my food tastes like maa ke haath ka khana (mom’s cooking), that’s everything for me. I cook fresh, no shortcuts, only love.
