Standard Maintenance Visit
Routine Grooming
- Lawn Mowing & Edging: Machine mowing of grass and manual edging of borders for a sharp finish.
- Detailed Weeding: Hand removal of weeds from flower beds, pots, and lawn patches using a khurpi (trowel).
- Pruning & Trimming: Light pruning of shrubs, deadheading of flowering plants, and trimming of small hedges.
- Soil Aeration: Hoeing (Gudai) of topsoil in pots and planter beds to improve water absorption.
Plant Care
- Pest Check: Visual inspection for common pests and application of pesticides (materials provided by customer or billed at actuals).
- Fertilizer Application: Spreading of manure or fertilizer (labor included, materials charged extra).
- Watering: Deep watering of all plants after grooming.
Cleanup & Hygiene
- Debris Collection: Gathering of all dry leaves, grass clippings, and garden waste.
- Bagging Only: Green waste is packed into customer-provided garbage bags. Note that off-site removal is not included.
- Tools: Provider brings their own sanitized shears, pruners, and mowing equipment.
Overgrown Garden Clearance & Restoration
Heavy Duty Clearance
- Brush Cutting: Clearing of wild grass, tall weeds, and invasive undergrowth using heavy-duty equipment.
- Hard Pruning: Aggressive cutting back of overgrown trees (up to 10ft height), bougainvillea, and hedges to restore structure.
- De-cluttering: Removal of dead plants, broken pots, and organic debris accumulated in corners.
Restoration & Treatment
- Pest Treatment: One round of broad-spectrum pesticide spray to control active infestations (materials included in price).
- Soil Preparation: Deep turning of soil in empty beds to prepare them for fresh planting.
- Pressure Washing: Washing of paved paths and patios to remove moss and mud (using customer water connection).
Logistics & Waste Removal
- Team Deployment: A 2 to 3 member team deployed for 4 to 6 hours to complete the job in one day.
- Off-Site Disposal: Includes loading and transport of green waste (up to one small tempo load) to a designated dumping ground.

- Hedge trimming help for bushes and shrubs - shaping, pruning, not just cutting for the sake of it.
- Full plant and flower care, including seasonal garden care for veggies and flowers.
- If your garden has gone wild, I can do a proper tidy up and even new planting.
