I don't believe in pre-recorded sets. Whether it's a Sangeet after-party or a Baraat on wheels, I’m mixing live on my Pioneer CDJ 2000NXS2 setup. That means I am reading your crowd in real-time, tweaking the bass for the BollyTech tracks, and taking requests on the fly to keep the energy peaking from 9 PM until 5 AM.
People often ask if I just push play on a laptop, and the answer is always a hard no. I carry my own Pioneer gear because the transition from a 90s Salman Khan hit to a hard-hitting Tech House beat needs to be seamless. That’s the core of my sound—respecting the roots while giving it that Mumbai club energy.
My signature sound is what I call 'AfroDesi' and 'BollyTech'. It's about blending the heavy basslines of Amapiano or Techno with those familiar Bollywood hooks that every uncle and cousin at your wedding knows. If you’re planning a Baraat, I don’t just show up; I transform a moving truck into a mobile concert. We sync the beats with live Dhol players, making sure the procession isn't just loud, but actually rhythmic and danceable.
For Sangeet and Reception after-parties, I shift gears into what I call the 'Desi Boiler Room'. This is where the lights go low and the music gets intense. I’ve gone from spinning at local Mumbai gigs to larger stages in Jakarta, but the mission remains the same: I want the dance floor packed until the sun comes up. I’m also fully set up for destination weddings—whether you’re in Goa, Udaipur, or Bali, I bring the console and the energy to match.
