Before we pick up a brush, we do a 15-minute consultation to map your hair's current health and previous colour history. This step is vital because it lets us choose the right developer strength and bond protection, ensuring we lift your hair to that perfect, sun-kissed shade while keeping the strands strong and shiny.

During the bleaching process, we mix in bond protection to minimize damage, especially if your hair is already dry or previously treated. Once we reach the target lift, we apply a demi-permanent toner.
