How I Tackle Cover-Ups & Scars
- Every cover up tattoo is custom - I don’t just go darker and bigger. I look at what’s there, come up with a design that fits your style, and make sure it actually hides the old ink.
- For scars, each one’s different. I use the shape and flow of the scar itself, sometimes working it into the design, so the final piece feels both intentional and personal.
- You’ll see a lot of detailed work from me - think Japanese waves, floral patterns, or bold symbols. But if you want something small and subtle, that’s cool too.
- For trickier jobs, I might suggest laser tattoo fading for cover up. It helps lighten tough old tattoos, so the new ink sits clean and lasts.
What to Expect
- We start with a chat - I want to see your skin in person, know what you’re hoping for, and talk ideas.
- I’ll sketch a design that makes sense for your body and the old mark, so it looks like it was always meant to be there.
- Once you’re happy, I get to tattooing. My goal? You walk away feeling like this is finally you.
