Strategy & Design
- Assessment: Physical check of scar tissue and ink depth to ensure coverage viability without laser removal.
- Stencil Creation: Custom designs (feathers, geometric blocks, silhouettes) specifically mapped to obscure the darkest parts of the old tattoo.
- Style Limit: Focuses on high-density Black & Grey designs required to hide underlying pigment effectively.
Execution & Safety
- Ink Specifications: Usage of High-Pigment Carbon Black Ink (e.g., Dynamic Triple Black) for zero visibility of previous text.
- Needle Protocol: 1 to 2 fresh sterilized cartridge needles opened in front of the client.
- Hygiene: Disposable dental bibs, machine bags, and single-use ink caps.
- Duration: Approximately 60 to 90 minutes of procedure time.
Post-Procedure
- Immediate Care: Application of A&D ointment or tattoo butter.
- Protection: Wrapping with standard cling film or breathable dermal bandage depending on skin type.
