You might wonder how we get those candid smiles and soft lighting right. It starts with simple guidance. Whether we are in my Borivali studio adjusting a saree drape or out in a park capturing the golden hour, I keep the vibe relaxed so you feel like yourself, not a model on a set.
How the Magic Happens
Every shoot is a conversation between me and you. When you look at the final images, you see the polish, but the real story is in the process.
In the Studio For traditional or fine-art maternity photography, we focus heavily on lighting and posing. I help with saree pleating or gown adjustments to ensure every fold is perfect. We spend time ensuring you are comfortable before the shutter clicks, which is why I allow 2-4 hours for these sessions. It is not a rush; it is about getting that exact emotional connection.
Outdoors in Mumbai When we head to a park or garden, the environment changes everything. I bring along props like picnic baskets, flowers, and mats to create a natural, inviting setting. We specifically chase the golden hour—the soft light an hour before sunset—to get that romantic, airy glow in your pregnancy photos.
The Human Connection My approach is to keep things light. If your partner or older child is joining the maternity shoot, we play games, share stories, and just hang out. That is how we get genuine laughter and those intimate moments that feel real.
