Intimate Haldi & Mehendi Setup
The Main Setup
- Backdrop: 8x10 ft vibrant structure featuring Marigolds (Genda), Tuberose (Rajnigandha) tassels, and Leheriya or bright fabric draping.
- Couple Seating: Includes either a decorated traditional Swing (Jhula) or a large Brass Urli setup filled with water and petals.
- Flooring: Printed flex or rugs for the stage area to handle spills.
Props & Interactive Elements
- Themed Bar: One feature setup (e.g., Lemon Bar) using wooden pallets and fresh fruit accents.
- Photobooth: A dedicated corner with quirky props (sunglasses, placards) and a customized Welcome easel.
- Flower Shower: 8 to 10 kg of loose fresh flower petals provided for photography moments.
Seating & Lighting
- Guest Seating: Colorful cushion covers and bolsters for existing furniture or up to 30 Chiavari chairs.

- Overhead Installations: Extensive hanging elements over the walkway featuring Tuberose strings, brass bells, or crystal chandeliers.
- Dining Decor: Premium table runners, candelabras, or lush floral centerpieces for up to 20 guest tables.
- Tree/Pillar Decor: Fairy light wrapping and floral hangings on outdoor trees or indoor venue pillars.
Entrance & Seating
- Grand Entry: A 12 to 15ft wide floral archway and a designer Phoolon Ki Chadar for the bridal entry.
- Furniture: Up to 100 Tiffany or Chiavari chairs with cushions and 2 sets of VIP Lounge sofas.

I design wedding ceremony spaces to fit your traditions and your style. Whether you’re after a full-on floral wedding stage decor, a traditional Indian mandap decoration with rajnigandha and genda, or a modern minimalist wedding decor with crisp whites and pastels - I’ve got you. Love doing outdoor setups too, building around old trees or blending in natural elements.
Aisles matter to me just as much - mirror ramps, floral borders, or that classic red carpet walk.
Pre-Wedding Fun
Each pre-wedding function has its own mood. Haldi means bright yellow, marigolds, and sometimes a petal shower. Mehendi gets boho with swings, dreamcatchers, and pinwheels. Sangeet and cocktail? I go bold - disco balls, neon, sequin walls, the works.
Details That Land
The magic’s in the details. Flowers are my thing, from huge installations to tiny centerpieces. Lighting is another biggie - fairy lights, chandeliers, cold pyros for some drama. I love making things personal too, like floral canopies for your entrance or personalized wedding signboards with your names.
