Football is more than just skills on the ball. At Young Dynamos, we use focused strength and agility conditioning to build explosive power, speed, and the injury resilience needed for match-day success.

Football is played on the field, but champions are also built in the gym. This video shows our integrated strength and agility training, focusing on explosive power with box jumps and core stability exercises.

We take a scientific approach to player development. Here, a physio conducts a Musculoskeletal (MSK) test on one of our Under 13 players to assess mobility and strength.

About this collection

We do not just guess when it comes to a player's physical development. For our Under-13 and Elite squads, we conduct formal Musculoskeletal (MSK) screenings to identify mobility restrictions early. This isn't just gym time; it is about adjusting training plans to help your child move better and stay injury-free on the pitch.

Most academies stop at the sideline, but we believe football development must include what happens in the gym. Our approach connects high-intensity strength work to on-field performance, ensuring every drill translates into a match-day advantage.
