Motherhood is as much a mental journey as a physical one. I integrate simple breathwork (pranayama), calming poses, and short meditations into our practice to help you manage stress, reduce anxiety, and find moments of peace in the chaos.

Food is medicine, especially during postpartum recovery. As a nutrition coach, I share simple, Ayurveda-inspired recipes and tips to boost your digestive fire (agni), support lactation, and replenish your energy from the inside out.
