This is where the tabla takes center stage. These recitals are a deep exploration of rhythm, featuring intricate compositions like Kayda, Rela, and Gat, and drawing from the rich traditions of the Farukhabad, Punjab, and Banaras gharanas.
Classical Accompaniment (Sangat)
Sangat is the art of conversation through music. I provide rhythmic support for a variety of classical forms, including vocal performances, and instruments like the sitar, sarod, flute, and santoor, aiming to enhance the main artist's presentation.
